MARTIN PUTTERS
30 years of experience in sourcing & procurement, project management and IT implementation projects.
Trained as food technologist and marketeer, Martin Putters commenced his career in procurement and never really left that discipline. Due to roles in several ERP implementations he got deeply acquainted with ERP implementation projects as an application and business consultant in supply chain management.
Subsequently he fulfilled roles in project and program management. From almost 30 years of experience he knows that the single most important successfactor in transformations is 'people'. Hence, his focus on change management in business transformation initiatives.
